Workout details now include an Analyze with AI action. Select Claude or ChatGPT to open a new tab with a ready-to-send prompt referencing that workout. Your connected Tempo assistant securely fetches the full workout details—no workout metrics are included in the link.
Why it helps
Get a deeper analysis, identify key takeaways, or ask follow-up questions without manually copying workout data into your AI assistant.
How to try it
Open Workouts, select a workout, click the Analyze with AI icon beside the workout actions, then choose Claude or ChatGPT.
